Catholic applicants for Elementary French Immersion, are asked to submit a Registration Request form.
Due to high demand for our Junior Kindergarten French Immersion program, a random selection process may be used to equitably allocate spaces.
There are two key intake periods:
December 16 – early intake
December 17 to January 30 – for remaining spaces (if available)
If the number of Registration Requests exceeds available spaces for either intake, a random selection will be conducted. Remaining applicants will be placed in a pool and will be randomly selected if space subsequently becomes available. After January 30, Registration Requests will still be accepted, and accommodation will be dependent on space availability.
Other Faith applicants must use the Other Faith Intent to Register form, for either the English or French Immersion programs / schools.
Please note that other grades may be subject to capacity limits. Refer to the following flow chart for more information regarding Elementary French Immersion registration. A Registration Request is required for all grades.
Please complete the Registration Request form for each child(s), regardless of grade.
As accommodation spaces are limited, this is an expression of interest in the program only. If selected, a full registration application, including providing the required documentation and attestation, will need to be completed. The Board's Admission Team will communicate on your Registration Request's status as information becomes available.
